Owner submission required. The Association accepts requests only from the owner or owners of record. Requests submitted by real estate agents, brokers, buyers, or other third parties will not be processed.
Before you begin
Riverwood Owners Association, Inc. will prepare and distribute a Resale Disclosure Packet within fourteen business days after receiving a properly completed request from the owner or owners of record.
Each submission is reviewed for compliance with Association policy and applicable Virginia law.
Information you will need
- Full name of each buyer
- Buyer mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Full name of the closing or settlement agent
- Settlement company address, telephone number, and email address
- Riverwood property address and anticipated settlement date
Contact your real estate agent before starting so this information is available and accurate.
Packet fee and contents
The Resale Disclosure Packet fee is $100.00 and must be paid in advance. The packet includes a Resale Disclosure Certificate and the documents required by Virginia Code ยง 55.1-2310.
Desktop or laptop recommended. The existing request process may not load correctly on some smartphone browsers. For the most reliable results, complete the payment and request on your laptop or computer.
