Riverwood Owners Association, Inc. will prepare and distribute a Resale Disclosure Packet within fourteen business (14 days) of receipt of the Resale Disclosure Packet Request Form, completed and properly submitted by the owner(s) of record. The Association will not accept, nor will it respond to, inquiries and/or submissions by anyone other than the owner(s), to include real estate agents/brokers. The Association will review and verify each submission for compliance with Association policy and Virginia law.
The cost of the Resale Disclosure Packet ($100.00) shall be paid by the owner(s) in advance of preparation. The packet shall include a Resale Disclosure Certificate, along with each of the items specified by Virginia Code § 55.1-2310. YOU WILL NEED THE FULL NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE BUYER(S) AND THEIR CLOSING/SETTLEMENT AGENT IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT TO SECURE THIS INFORMATION OR REQUEST THE BUYER’S AGENT FORWARD THE INFORMATION TO THE ASSOCIATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST.
